Crafted from soft patent leather, the cut-out sandals feature an 8cm cylindrical heel, adjustable ankle strap and the iconic Tabi split-toe shape. Drawing on the traditional 15th century Japanese sock bearing the same name, it launched for the Maison’s debut collection in 1989, and captures the avant-garde and insubordinate spirit of the Maison. A heritage classic, which is continually explored each season. Maison Margiela’s signature stitch appears at the back.
